The READ Nebraska program aims to expand mentorships throughout Nebraska to improve elementary students’ reading levels.
To this end, the TeamMates Mentoring Program will match 800 new mentors with students in grades 3-5 who fall below reading proficiency.

Parent Letter
The Parent Letter explains a little about the grant and adds a layer of permission for participation.
Once signed, this form should be uploaded into Civicore in the student’s profile under documents. -

Submit the W-9 to receive the coordinator stipend once matches are tagged in Civicore. -
Chapter Expenses
Track all expenses on the spreadsheet for reimbursement and submit to accounting on the 10th of each month. -
