TeamMates Documentary
Dr. Tom and Nancy Osborne founded the TeamMates Mentoring Program in 1991 with the hope of positively impacting the world by inspiring youth to reach their full potential through mentoring. The program started with 22 University of Nebraska-Lincoln football players and 22 Lincoln boys. 30 years later, the program has served more than 43,000 youth across 5 states. In 2021, TeamMates partnered with Grindstone Agency to produce this 24-minute film about the impact TeamMates has had on communities across the Midwest.
