Regional Coordinator – South Dakota & Wyoming

The TeamMates Mentoring Program is seeking a mission-driven Regional Coordinator to support Chapters across South Dakota and Wyoming. This hybrid role provides leadership, training, and ongoing guidance to local Program Coordinators, school partners, and community stakeholders. The Regional Coordinator will travel regularly throughout the region to assess Chapter needs, deliver strategic and tactical support, facilitate mentor and board training, and help ensure Chapters operate effectively and sustainably. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, organized self-starters, and passionate advocates for youth and education. This position also collaborates closely with the TeamMates National Office and occasionally reports in person to Omaha/Lincoln, Nebraska.
