What started with 22 Husker football players mentoring middle school students in Lincoln, Nebraska has grown into a powerful movement—proven from the start, as nearly all of those original mentees graduated and pursued further education or careers.
For almost 35 years, TeamMates Mentoring has connected students with caring mentors—starting with the vision of Nancy and Tom Osborne. With over 50,000 lives impacted, we’re continuing to build hope, one match at a time.
This exemplifies that one good soul can change the world. And this barely the beginning of TeamMates history.
