Post-Secondary Mentoring: Support Through College

The need for mentors doesn’t stop after high school. For some young people, that’s when they need a solid connection with someone like you the most.

Here’s how it works. TeamMates pairs post-secondary students with mentors. Then mentors contact their mentee twice a month to provide guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their educational journey.

Plus, students gain access to scholarships, strengths coaching, and emergency funds—all designed to help them succeed in college and beyond.

Post-secondary mentoring is available to any student pursuing higher education, including two- and four-year colleges, trade schools, apprenticeships, certification programs, or the military.

My mentor has impacted me in a significant way. She has supported me throughout all of high school and has always supported my dreams. She pushes me to be the best I can whether it is academically, emotionally, or socially. She has really been an adult I can look up to and the support I have always needed.
