This theme represents the core of why mentoring matters. It is the place where relationships begin, trust is built, and lives are positively impacted. Mentoring is not transactional; it is relational. At its heart, mentoring is showing up, listening, and believing in a young person’s potential even when they may not yet see it themselves.
Conference sessions will include essential topics that will support and reinforce your chapters. Whether you are brand new or have been with TeamMates for years, there is a session for you! It is recommended that program coordinators, board members, and building coordinators attend the Conference.

Jerry Olszewski (better known as “Coach O”) is entering his 14th season as the head football coach at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are also proud to share that he has been serving as a TeamMates mentor for over five years! TeamMates is partnering with MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) in Olathe, KS to provide attendees the opportunity to earn up to 3 graduate credit hours for licensure or graduate credit. By attending the two-day Annual Conference, you can earn 1 graduate credit. Additional assignments will be available after Conference to earn 3 full credits.
