TeamMates National Program Board of Directors
The TeamMates Board of Directors provides oversight and leadership for the program. Board members represent a variety of communities with local TeamMates chapters and ensure that TeamMates adheres to the national standards for mentoring, the Elements of Effective Practice.
In 2022 the Board revised the strategic plan and set a new vision for TeamMates:
To be the nation’s premier school-based mentoring program by creating a culture of hope that leads to a positive ripple effect in our communities and beyond.
